1. Scan a receipt: Go to the Scan tab, click the upload area or drag a receipt photo. We accept JPG and PNG up to 10MB. Our AI reads the store, date, items, and total automatically.

2. View your receipts: Go to the Receipts tab to see all your scanned receipts. Click any receipt to see the full details and original image.

3. Track spending: Go to the Spending tab to see monthly summaries, category breakdowns, and 6-month trends. Use the month dropdown to view past months.

4. Free plan: You get 20 free scans per month. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Pro ($3/month) for unlimited scans.

• Take photos in good lighting with the full receipt visible

• Avoid crumpled or folded receipts — flatten them first

• Both printed and digital receipts work

• The AI detects currency automatically (£, €, $, etc.)

• Receipts are categorized automatically based on the store name

Is my data private?
Yes. Your receipts are stored securely and encrypted. We never sell or share your data.

What happens if the AI reads something wrong?
You can delete the receipt and re-scan it. AI accuracy improves with clear, well-lit photos.

Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Open the app in your phone's browser, take a photo directly, and upload it.

What currencies are supported?
We detect GBP (£), EUR (€), USD ($), JPY (¥), INR (₹), and many more automatically from the receipt.

I lost my API key. How do I get it back?
Email us at support@zonovra.com with the email you signed up with and we'll help you recover access.
